Run Monday through Friday and be home on weekends, or stay out as long as you want — it's your call. We work around your life, not the other way around.
Your truck is assigned to you — automatic or manual. No slip seating, no climbing into someone else's mess. Fuel card included.
If a shipper or receiver holds you up, you get paid for that time. No fighting for it, no minimums that never get hit. Detention pay is part of the deal.
Our dispatchers know what they're doing and they answer when you call — including after hours. You won't be left stranded with nobody to reach.
You have a say in where you go. We don't force loads on you. If a load doesn't work, we talk it out — that's what a real working relationship looks like.

Minimum requirement: We require at least 2 years of verifiable CDL experience. If you don't meet this yet, we encourage you to apply again when you do.
